Return Process

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the box.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or Unze London retail store.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
